FUNCTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS
- If the function is intended to be private and exclusive, we ask you to take responsibility for your guest list and to ensure that only persons invited by you are allowed admission. We will assist you with this if you wish.
- If it is a group function including choice of one of our functions food options whether for the full venue or a part of the venue, a 30% deposit based on an agreed minimum spend is required cleared no later than 7 days prior to the function. The balance of the agreed minimum spend will be due and payable upon, or before, the close of the function.
- For all functions including food options, we require confirmation of the attendance numbers by three working days ahead of the function. If your food option for the function is the Set Menu, we also require confirmation of food pre-orders per person for all courses by three working days in advance of the function.
- Any bespoke entertainment will be at the cost of the user although we will usually be able to suggest entertainers.
- A discretionary 10% Service Charge will be added to the bill if your function is for 8 persons or more.
- We will render one bill to the person known to us to be responsible for the function.
